Luckily, I called front range, provided the details, sent some pictures and within minutes received their quote. It was literally half the price (Over 2500 saved) for a comparable and quality water heater with installation. They were able to get to my house within three hours of the initial call and had it installed within two hours. "I am both a landlord and homeowner, I'm really careful with the companies I work with as I've been taken advantage of many times in the past. Knowing who you can trust and who to stay away from when it comes to plumbers is a guessing game. I have several contractors that I've worked with over the years and those that I've been burned by I tell everyone. For anyone that asks for a referral, I go out of my way to mention who to stay away from, for the businesses that actually care about you and have shown honesty and integrity, they're my favorites for life. Front Range Water Heater is one of those companies for me. My water heater suddenly started leaking and in calling around I was already being quoted ridiculous amounts of money on what I needed to spend for them to come out, how much it WILL cost to replace it - and this was even before they came out! Quinn talked me through his plan, quoted me a what potentially I was looking at, but was careful to say, "Let's take a look at it first". Where other companies were already saying I had to buy a new water heater, Front Range Water Heater checked it out, determined that it didn't need to be replaced, adjusted some fitting oh and by the way, while he was there, checked out other parts of my plumbing just to make sure everything was okay. These guys have earned my business, and I will be using them in the future. I wish I could rate them higher - I definitely trust them!"

"These guys are fantastic! I had scheduled an install through Home Depot, thinking they would be reasonable. However, their installer wanted nearly $1600 to install a $435 water heater. So I sent them away and contacted Home Advisor. I received a call from Joe within 10 minutes of scheduling. They had to shorten the valve stops and U trap to fit in my new bathroom vanity, and work around the schedule of the new tile floor being put in my bathroom. They were flexible in so many ways. Special thanks to Tim, who because we didn't know how to take out the drawers of the new vanity, had to crawl into the bottom shelf space like a water snake, to attach the U trap and water lines.
